We at Weboxx strive to provide the best services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, we offer a refund policy under certain circumstances.

Refund policy for website development:

For website development services, we provide a 100% refund if the customer requests it before any work has been done on their project. If a customer requests a refund when half of the work is completed, we retain 10% of the payment and refund the remaining amount to the customer.

Refund policy for custom code project:

For custom code projects, once the code has been delivered to the customer, we do not offer any refunds.

Refund policy for digital products:

Our themes and add-ons are digital products, thus they cannot be returned and are not refundable. Before making a purchase, if you have any specific inquiries regarding our themes, please email us at [email protected].
